Job Description
An elementary paraprofessional position is available in Enfield, NH, for the current school year through June 2026. This full-time, contract role offers 32-35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, supporting an elementary caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional support to students in the elementary setting
- Assist in classroom management and student engagement
- Support individualized education plans (IEPs) as directed by teachers
- Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and staff
- Help maintain a positive learning environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience as a paraprofessional or similar educational support role
- Ability to work closely with students who require additional assistance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and a positive attitude toward student development
- Flexibility and reliability to commit to the school schedule
