Step into a meaningful role supporting students as a Highly-Qualified High School Paraprofessional within a welcoming educational community. Multiple contracted openings (32.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday) are available across several high schools in the area for the upcoming semester. What Were Looking For:

• Holds "Highly-Qualified" status by ONE of the following:
  • Passing the MN Para Educator Exam (must provide passing score)
  • Completion of at least 60 college credits (official transcripts required)
• Previous experience as a paraprofessional, or working in a school setting preferred
• Willingness to support students with a variety of needs, including toileting assistance
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with teachers and special education staff
• Dependable, compassionate, and ready to commit to the contract period with intent to convert to direct hire

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting high school students in daily learning activities
• Providing assistance as directed by classroom teachers and special programs
• Offering both academic and behavioral support in individual and group settings
• Fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all students
• Flexibly assisting with personal care needs as required

Compensation for this assignment is $20 per hour, ensuring your pay matches district standards for new hires.
