Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized academic and behavioral support to an assigned student, helping them achieve classroom goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers and educational teams to integrate support strategies
• Implement behavior management plans and offer positive reinforcement
• Assist with class participation, task completion, and transitions between activities
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages student growth and independence
