Desired Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering instructional lessons and activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping reinforce learning concepts
• Support students with special needs by implementing individualized educational plans (IEPs)
• Help maintain a positive, safe, and constructive classroom atmosphere
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and staff
• Supervise students during non-classroom periods such as lunch, recess, or transitions
