Paraprofessional Opportunity Early Childhood Autism Program
A contracted paraprofessional position is available for the 2025-2026 school year at an early childhood school specialized in autism support, serving preschool and kindergarten students. This role is located in Edison, NJ, with a start date as soon as possible and continuing through June 2026.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with autism Support classroom teachers in delivering instructional and behavioral services to preschool and kindergarten students Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications: Must have at least 48 college credits or possess a paraprofessional certification Experience working with young children, preferably in autism programs, is highly valued Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
