Paraprofessional (School-Based)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to support students in a school setting. This role includes working 1:1 and in small groups with students who have diverse learning and behavioral needs, helping them succeed both academically and socially.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Assist teachers with lesson implementation and classroom activities
- Support behavior management and daily routines
- Help implement IEP goals and accommodations
- Encourage student engagement and positive interactions
- Track and document student progress
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 60 college credit hours, or
- Associates Degree, or
- Valid Paraprofessional Certification
- Minimum of 6+ months of in-classroom paraprofessional experience required
