Job Description
Sunbelt is working with a school district in the Dover, New Hampshire area that is seeking a full-time Paraprofessional for the upcoming school year. This school-based role supports elementary-level students in the classroom with both academic and behavioral needs.
Position Overview:
This role provides direct support to students throughout the school day, helping them stay engaged, follow routines, and succeed in the classroom environment. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to assist students both individually and in small group settings.

What Youll Be Doing:
Support students with classroom learning and daily activities
Assist with behavior support and redirection when needed
Help implement teacher-led instruction and classroom plans
Provide 1:1 and small group support as needed
Requirements:
Valid New Hampshire Paraprofessional license or
Bachelors degree (required if no paraprofessional license)
Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred but not required
Comfortable supporting behavioral and academic needs
