Now Hiring: 4 Paraprofessionals for High School
We are seeking four dedicated and reliable Paraprofessionals for the 20262027 school year. These positions include a combination of 1:1 student support roles and classroom-based paraprofessional assignments, providing critical assistance to students and instructional staff throughout the school day.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with prior school experience who are passionate about supporting student success in a high school educational setting.
Position Overview
- Position Title: Paraprofessional / Instructional Assistant
- Location: Dover, New Hampshire
- Number of Openings: 4
- Assignment Dates: September 1, 2026 June 16, 2027
Schedule:
- MondayFriday
- 32.5 hours per week
- 7:30 AM 2:30 PM
- 30-minute unpaid lunch
Key Responsibilities
- Support students in both individual and classroom settings
- Assist teachers with instructional activities and classroom management
- Provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support to students
- Reinforce lesson plans and educational objectives
- Promote student engagement and participation
- Monitor student progress and communicate with educational staff
- Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to meet student needs
Required Experience
- Previous experience working in a school setting is required
- Experience as a Paraprofessional, Teacher Assistant, Instructional Assistant, Classroom Aide, Educational Support Professional, or similar role is strongly preferred
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- No paraprofessional certification required
- No college degree required
Candidates must provide proof of high school diploma.
