Make a difference every day supporting students in a dynamic school environment as a Paraprofessional for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to work with K-12 students, assisting educators and empowering learners of all abilities within a supportive team setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Paraprofessional Certificate required
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility and readiness to support a variety of student needs
• Commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct support and instructional assistance to students under the supervision of teachers and specialists
• Adapt classroom materials and activities to align with student learning goals
• Aid in maintaining classroom routines and reinforcing behavior management strategies
• Assist with personal care and mobility as needed, based on individual student requirements
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Foster positive, encouraging relationships with students and staff
