An intermediate-level paraprofessional role is available at a middle school in the Derry, NH area, offering a contract position for the current school year (CSY). This position focuses on supporting classroom instruction and enhancing student learning experiences for a diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with instructional activities and classroom management
• Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce lessons and skills
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Aid in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) as directed

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous paraprofessional experience in a middle school setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students and staff
• Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively with teaching teams
• Patience, adaptability, and commitment to student success
• Familiarity with educational tools and technology is a plus

Location and Work Schedule:

• Position is based in Derry, NH
• Middle school environment
• 30 hours per week during the school year on a contract basis
