Qualifications:

• Valid TX Paraprofessional License (required)
• Previous experience in early childhood or preschool settings is highly desirable
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and assist with classroom management
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with young students and colleagues
• Adaptability and patience while supporting diverse learners

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct assistance to lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
• Help create and maintain a supportive, safe, and organized classroom environment
• Support students social, emotional, and academic development through individual and small group work
• Assist with behavioral guidance and fostering a positive learning experience
• Prepare learning materials and help with classroom organization as needed
• Communicate regularly with the teaching team regarding student needs and progress
