• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or associates degree preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with classroom activities, management, and organization
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students needing extra support
• Implement teacher-directed instructional plans and follow prescribed interventions
• Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, lunchrooms, or playgrounds as needed
• Support students with special needs, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment
• Help prepare instructional materials and maintain classroom order
• Document student progress and relay information to teachers as appropriate
