Job Description
We are hiring a reliable and proactive Paraprofessional to assist students in a school setting through one-on-one and small group support. This role focuses on helping students stay engaged, develop key skills, and successfully navigate daily classroom routines in a structured environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support students during instruction, activities, and transitions throughout the day
- Reinforce lessons and provide additional guidance based on individual learning needs
- Assist with behavior support and help maintain consistent classroom routines
- Observe and track student progress, sharing updates with the educational team
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide consistent, coordinated support
Qualifications:
- Experience working with students or in an educational/support role preferred
- Ability to take direction and work effectively within a team
- Willingness to complete district and agency onboarding within one week of joining

Compensation for this position ranges from $16.00 to $29.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
