This position offers a 34.17-hour workweek, beginning in late August, with an initial two-month contract and potential for extension based on district needs. What were seeking in a candidate:
- Previous school-based experience is required; applicants without this cannot be considered
- Candidates with RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) designation must possess clinical or in-home experience
- Ability to collaborate within a classroom team and communicate effectively with staff and students
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting childrens educational journeys
Key responsibilities:
- Support classroom management and student learning activities in partnership with lead teachers
- Foster a safe and encouraging environment where all students feel valued
- Assist with academic tasks, personal care, or behavioral support as needed, adapting to individual student needs
- Contribute to progress reporting and maintain confidentiality of student information
