Sunbelt is partnering with a school district in the Damariscotta, Maine area that is looking to hire a full-time Educational Technician for the upcoming school year. This school-based role supports students in the classroom by helping with instruction, daily routines, and behavior support across a structured learning environment.
In this position, you will play an active role in supporting student success by working closely with teachers to reinforce lessons, assist with learning activities, and provide consistent support to students who need additional guidance throughout the school day.
What Youll Be Doing:
Supporting students during classroom instruction and learning activities
Assisting with behavior support and providing positive redirection when needed
Working with students 1:1 and in small group settings
Helping implement teacher-led instruction and classroom routines
Supporting students with staying engaged and on task throughout the day

What Were Looking For:
Active Maine Educational Technician (Ed Tech) license required
Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred but not required
Ability to support both academic and behavioral needs
Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
Dependable and comfortable working in a structured classroom environment
