Role Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with classroom activities, organization, and lesson implementation
- Work one-on-one or with small groups of students, providing academic or behavioral support
- Foster an encouraging, safe, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Monitor student progress and report observations to educators
- Help with classroom management and student engagement
- Support students with special needs, following individualized plans as directed
