  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment for learners of all backgrounds and abilities
  • Help monitor and manage classroom behavior to maintain a productive learning atmosphere
  • Support students with assignments, organization, and social interactions
  • Participate in meetings or training sessions as directed by supervisors
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school policies
