Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities
• Provide direct support to students, reinforcing instruction and aiding comprehension
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for learners of all backgrounds and abilities
• Help monitor and manage classroom behavior to maintain a productive learning atmosphere
• Support students with assignments, organization, and social interactions
• Participate in meetings or training sessions as directed by supervisors
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school policies
