Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Parapro Certificate (required)
• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in school settings preferred
• Ability to provide empathetic, supportive guidance to high school students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to professional standards and confidentiality

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work directly with students ages 1521, assisting them with academic and behavioral goals
• Support classroom teachers in the delivery of instructional activities and classroom management
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment to encourage student growth and participation
• Adapt support strategies to meet the varied needs of individual students
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow school procedures
