We are looking for a skilled and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school-based environment throughout the Corona area. This full-time role offers consistent school hours and the opportunity to work closely with students using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support in the classroom
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data
  • Support students with autism spectrum disorder and related needs
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and support staff

Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification required
  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
  • Familiarity with ABA principles and data collection
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Dependable and professional

Compensation for this position ranges from $21.00 to $38.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
