Setting: Elementary, Middle, and High School Assignments
Position Overview
Seeking compassionate, dependable, and student-focused Paraprofessionals and Instructional Aides to support educators and students across multiple school settings. These positions play a vital role in helping students achieve academic success while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide classroom support under the direction of certified teachers.
- Assist students with academic tasks, assignments, and instructional activities.
- Support small group and one-on-one learning sessions.
- Reinforce lesson plans and educational objectives.
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment.
- Assist with behavior management and student engagement strategies.
- Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with teachers and support staff.
- Support students with varying academic, developmental, and behavioral needs.
- Assist with transitions, classroom organization, and daily school routines.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must possess an Associate's Degree OR have completed a minimum of 48 college semester credits from an accredited college or university.
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families.
- Strong organizational skills and a passion for helping students succeed.
- Experience supporting students with special needs or behavioral challenges is a plus.

Compensation for this position ranges from $21.00 to $36.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
