Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and student-focused professional with ABA experience to support students in both one-on-one and small group settings within a school environment. This role involves working with students with autism, behavioral challenges, and learning differences to promote success across academic, social, and behavioral areas.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students in individual and small group settings
- Implement behavior strategies and support IEP goals as directed by the school team
- Assist with behavior management, transitions, and daily classroom routines
- Collect and document data to monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, behavior specialists, and school staff to ensure consistent support
Qualifications:
- Experience with ABA strategies or working with students with behavioral needs required
- Experience supporting students with autism or similar needs preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to complete district and agency onboarding within one week of joining.

Compensation for this position ranges from $21.00 to $38.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
