Job Description

Were looking for a dependable and student-focused instructional aide to provide support in both one-on-one and small group settings within a school. This position involves working with students with autism, behavioral challenges, and learning differences to help them succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to students in one-on-one and small group classroom settings
Assist with implementing IEP goals and classroom accommodations as directed by the teacher
Support behavior management, transitions, and daily routines throughout the school day
Monitor student progress and document observations as needed
Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and school staff to ensure consistent student support

Qualifications:

Experience supporting students with autism or behavioral needs
Strong communication and ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to complete district and agency onboarding requirements within one week of joining.

Compensation for this position ranges from $21.00 to $38.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
