Key Responsibilities
- Provide classroom support under the direction of a certified teacher
- Assist students with academic tasks, assignments, and daily activities
- Support students with special needs, behavioral challenges, or learning differences
- Help maintain a structured, safe, and positive classroom environment
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) when needed
- Track and document student progress and behavior
- Foster student engagement and participation
Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Experience working with children, students, or individuals with special needs is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain patient, reliable, and professional in a school setting
