This role works closely with educators and students to foster a positive classroom experience and provide meaningful individualized support where its needed most.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a support role within a school setting is preferred
• Ability to assist students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with teachers and staff
• Patience, empathy, and flexibility in adapting to changing classroom situations
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional educational training is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students during classroom instruction, on field trips, and during other school activities
• Assist teachers with lesson preparations and classroom organization
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
• Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and other school personnel
• Support students in developing positive social and academic skills
• Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
