Now Hiring: Bilingual Paraprofessional (1:1) Springfield, MA
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Bilingual (Spanish) Paraprofessional for a full-time 1:1 position in Springfield, MA. This role supports a student in a structured school setting and requires both academic and personal care support.
Job Details:
- Location: Springfield, MA
- Schedule: Full-time (3537.5 hours/week)
- Hours: 7:20 AM 3:10 PM
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: June 25, 2026
- Openings: 1
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to a student throughout the school day
- Assist with academic engagement and classroom participation
- Support behavior and ensure student safety
- Provide personal care, including bathroom assistance (dressing, diapering, hygiene)
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (required)

Must meet one of the following:
- Associates degree
- Minimum of 48 college credits
- Passing score on ParaPro or WorkKeys
- Prior school-based paraprofessional experience (required)
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Comfortable with personal care responsibilities

Compensation for this position ranges from $15.00 to $27.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
