A dynamic educational setting is seeking skilled and adaptable professionals for several full-time paraprofessional roles, starting as soon as possible and lasting through June 10, 2027. With a 35-hour workweek, flexibility between 7:15 AM and 4:00 PM is essential due to varying site schedules. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• High school diploma required
• Valid CPR certification (assistance provided for obtaining if needed)
• Proven school-based experience
• Ability to complete/obtain Pennsylvania clearances
• Comfortable working with SPED students, including those with behavioral and elopement challenges
• Willingness and ability to assist with toileting/diapering as necessary
• Experience or openness to working as a BT (Behavior Technician) is welcome
• Reliable transportation is a must
• Able to provide professional references
• Comfortable working in an urban educational setting

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 support to students, ensuring individual needs are met
• Assist with daily activities, including behavioral supports and personal care where needed
• Support students with challenging behaviors thoughtfully and effectively
• Collaborate with teachers and specialized staff to promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Maintain clear and compassionate communication with staff and students
