What You'll Bring:

• Experience working with children or young adults, preferably in a school or childcare setting
• Commitment to fostering a positive, safe, and supportive environment for students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• Adaptability and patience when assisting students of differing learning abilities and backgrounds
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or paraprofessional certification is a plus

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in classroom management, instruction, and daily activities
• Provide individualized attention to students, both one-on-one and in small groups
• Assist with the implementation of educational plans and modifications as directed by teaching staff
• Help students with physical, emotional, or behavioral needs, promoting their independence and self-confidence
• Supervise students during non-classroom times such as lunch, recess, or field trips
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
• Serve as a positive role model and encourage respectful, inclusive interactions among students
