Enjoy a contract position, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., assisting in a vibrant educational setting. This role involves working closely with students, especially those with Autism, helping create an engaging and positive learning environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and valid IVP fingerprint clearance card (required)
• Fully certified to work as a paraprofessional in Arizona schools
• Experience working with elementary-aged children, especially those with Autism or special needs
• Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit
• Ability to support classroom teachers and adapt to changing student needs
• Patient, empathetic, and dedicated to fostering student growth

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group assistance to students under teacher guidance
• Support children with Autism throughout daily school routines and activities
• Help manage classroom behavior and encourage positive social interactions
• Assist teachers with instructional materials and adapting lessons as needed
• Supervise students to ensure a safe and nurturing environment
• Assist with classroom organization and the preparation of educational resources
