Core Responsibilities:

  • Reinforce lesson content, accommodate learning needs, and help motivate students to stay engaged.
  • Support students in developing positive social and behavioral skills.
  • Document student progress, challenges, and successes as required.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to adapt strategies and ensure consistent support.
  • Assist in the preparation of educational materials and classroom activities.
  • Encourage independence and foster self-advocacy whenever possible.
