What youll bring:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or a strong desire to work in a school setting
• At least 60 college credits, or be ready to obtain a Paraprofessional Certification upon offer (you may start while this is pending)
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to helping students thrive academically and socially
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and administrators
• Flexibility to support a variety of classroom activities and needs

Key responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in class instruction, small group support, and one-on-one student guidance
• Help manage classroom routines and ensure a safe learning atmosphere
• Support students with academic tasks and encourage engagement in school activities
• Provide classroom modifications or accommodations as directed by teaching staff
• Maintain open communication with teachers and staff regarding student progress and needs
