Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational, childcare, or similar setting
• Ability to assist students with academic, behavioral, or physical needs as directed by certified staff
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teachers, students, and parents
• Adaptability in dynamic classroom or individual support situations
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant college coursework or certifications a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support to teachers during classroom activities and assignments
• Assist individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts and encourage participation
• Support students with varying needs, including those with disabilities, in both academic and social settings
• Help implement behavior management plans and interventions under the guidance of educational staff
• Prepare instructional materials, maintain a safe learning environment, and supervise students in and out of the classroom, as needed
• Document student progress and report any observations to the appropriate team members
