A full-time Paraprofessional opportunity is available in a well-supported K-12 school setting, located in Camp Hill, PA. This contract position offers 35 hours per week, providing essential 1:1 and classroom support to help enhance student learning and foster an inclusive educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed teachers with classroom instruction and student management
• Provide personalized 1:1 support to students with special needs
• Help prepare instructional materials and maintain a safe, organized learning environment
• Support students social and emotional development through positive interactions
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous experience in K-12 educational support preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine interest in supporting student growth
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative school environment
