Qualifications:

  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Responsibilities:

  • Provide classroom and one-on-one assistance to students with diverse learning needs
  • Help implement lesson plans and adapt activities as directed by the lead teacher
  • Offer encouragement, redirection, and positive reinforcement to students
  • Assist with small group instruction and academic interventions
  • Support students with personal care or behavioral needs when required
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging learning space
  • Document and report on student progress and participation
