Key Qualifications:

• Active and fully current paraprofessional credential required, with immediate availability to begin assignments within 23 days of notification
• Proven track record: minimum of 2 full years working in schools as a paraprofessional, BT, RBT, or comparable position
• Extensive experience supporting students with special education needs throughout those two yearsno exceptions
• Comfortable working across all ages and caseload types, including elementary through high school
• Willingness to assist students with toileting and diapering if needed
• Punctuality and reliability are core expectations; professionals must sign in and out daily to ensure accurate timesheet completion for payment
• Commitment to compliance, professionalism, and adaptability in rapidly changing circumstances

Role Essentials:

• Engage collaboratively with educational staff to support classroom and student needs
• Implement individualized supports and accommodations as directed
• Help foster an inclusive environment for students with varying abilities
• Maintain consistent communication with school personnel and document daily activities diligently
• Support behavioral, academic, and social-emotional growth according to established plans
