Key Qualifications:
- Active and fully current paraprofessional credential required, with immediate availability to begin assignments within 23 days of notification
- Proven track record: minimum of 2 full years working in schools as a paraprofessional, BT, RBT, or comparable position
- Extensive experience supporting students with special education needs throughout those two yearsno exceptions
- Comfortable working across all ages and caseload types, including elementary through high school
- Willingness to assist students with toileting and diapering if needed
- Punctuality and reliability are core expectations; professionals must sign in and out daily to ensure accurate timesheet completion for payment
- Commitment to compliance, professionalism, and adaptability in rapidly changing circumstances
Role Essentials:
- Engage collaboratively with educational staff to support classroom and student needs
- Implement individualized supports and accommodations as directed
- Help foster an inclusive environment for students with varying abilities
- Maintain consistent communication with school personnel and document daily activities diligently
- Support behavioral, academic, and social-emotional growth according to established plans
