Sunbelt is partnering with a school district in Burnsville, Minnesota that is hiring a full-time Paraprofessional for the upcoming school year. This is a school-based position supporting K12 students with classroom instruction, behavior support, and daily routines.
What the role involves
You will support teachers and work directly with students to help them stay engaged, follow instruction, and participate in classroom activities. Support will include both academic help and behavior assistance throughout the school day.

What you will be doing
Support classroom learning and instruction
Assist with behavior support and redirection when needed
Work with students in 1:1 and small group settings
Help maintain structure and classroom expectations
Support daily routines and student engagement
What is required
High school diploma required
Experience working with children preferred but not required
Ability to support academic and behavioral needs in a school setting
