• Experience working as a Paraprofessional or similar role in educational settings
• Familiarity with supporting students in Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and/or High School
• Ability to adapt communication and support strategies to suit various ages and developmental stages
• Strong teamwork skills and a cooperative attitude
• Dependability, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students reach their potential
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment

Key responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in daily instruction and classroom management
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, as directed
• Help implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) when required
• Support students with classroom transitions and activities
• Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages growth and participation
• Contribute to a team approach for student achievement
