Location: Burlington, WA

 Dates: ASAP - June 17, 2027 (potential renewal for the following school year)

Open Positions
2 Full-Time Openings

31.25 hours/week (6.25 hours/day)
Middle and school-based special education support
1 Part-Time Opening

3 hours/day
Elementary special education support
Job Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and classroom support to students receiving special education services
Assist with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals
Support implementation of behavior plans and classroom accommodations
Collaborate with teachers and special education staff
Promote student independence and engagement throughout the school day
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
School-based paraprofessional or special education experience
Behavior management experience preferred
Training in restraint/isolation techniques is a plus (training available)
Requirements
Must meet Washington State paraeducator employment requirements
Strong communication, teamwork, and student support skills
