Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering instructional activities and reinforcing learning concepts
- Provide direct support to students individually or in small groups, ensuring accommodations are met for those with special needs or individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Help maintain a safe, respectful classroom atmosphere and encourage positive behaviors
- Support the preparation and organization of instructional materials
- Facilitate communication between teachers, students, and families as needed
- Monitor student progress and offer feedback or observations to the teaching staff
