Youll collaborate with certified staff to foster a positive learning environment, aid classroom management, and help students achieve their academic and behavioral goals.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role
• Demonstrated ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) background required
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to helping students succeed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support classroom instruction and implement ABA strategies under the direction of teachers and specialists
• Assist with individualized learning and behavior intervention plans
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students as needed
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress
• Help maintain a safe, supportive, and organized classroom environment
