What youll bring:

• Active Substitute Certificate recognized by DESE
• Previous experience in school settings, particularly supporting behavioral needs
• Ability to complete district-specific fingerprinting (district will provide code for process)
• Dependable transportation for daily commute
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and patience

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Work closely with one student at the elementary level, providing consistent academic and behavioral support
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to implement personalized strategies
• Maintain a calm, positive environment while helping manage classroom routines
• Document student progress and communicate regularly with team members
• Adapt to evolving needs and contribute to a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere
