Job Description

This full-time paraprofessional position is available in a school setting located in Bethel, CT, with an immediate start through the end of the school year. The role primarily supports students within one assigned school, focusing on providing direct assistance to children in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students, including those requiring behavioral assistance.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Assist with classroom management and learning activities tailored to student needs.
  • Support students across various age groups, primarily within the K-12 range.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is essential.
