Make a lasting difference in the lives of young learners by supporting classrooms as an Educational Assistant/Paraprofessional in a welcoming elementary school environment. This full-time contract opportunity runs through early June 2027 and is an ideal fit for someone passionate about helping K-6th grade students achieve their best. Youll work closely with teachers and school staff, providing hands-on support that truly matters on a daily basis.

What Youll Need to Succeed:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or educational assistant is highly valued
• Enthusiasm for working with elementary-aged children (K-6)
• Positive attitude, patience, and adaptability in a classroom setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow directions and contribute to a collaborative environment
• A desire to help students with diverse learning needs
• Credentials/certification as a Paraprofessional (preferred, but not required)

• Assist classroom teachers with instruction and classroom management
• Deliver one-on-one or small group support for students as directed
