Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and managing classroom activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special needs
• Foster a respectful, encouraging, and inclusive environment
• Track student progress and provide feedback as directed by teaching staff
• Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom setting
• Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development as needed
