Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and managing classroom activities
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special needs
- Foster a respectful, encouraging, and inclusive environment
- Track student progress and provide feedback as directed by teaching staff
- Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom setting
- Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development as needed
