Key Qualifications:

• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping students thrive
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or related certifications a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom management and instructional activities, both in general and special education environments
• Support students in accessing curriculum material and engaging in classroom activities
• Provide individualized or small group assistance as directed by educators or specialists
• Foster a supportive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages growth and participation
• Help with behavior guidance, classroom organization, and supervision during transitions or activities
• Communicate observations and progress to teaching staff or specialists as needed
