Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in classroom management and instructional activities, both in general and special education environments
- Support students in accessing curriculum material and engaging in classroom activities
- Provide individualized or small group assistance as directed by educators or specialists
- Foster a supportive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages growth and participation
- Help with behavior guidance, classroom organization, and supervision during transitions or activities
- Communicate observations and progress to teaching staff or specialists as needed
