Qualifications & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support classroom teachers by helping to implement lesson plans and reinforce learning goals
  • Work with students individually or in small groups to provide academic and behavioral support
  • Assist with classroom management and help monitor student activities
  • Communicate regularly with teachers and staff to discuss student progress and needs
  • Participate in meetings, planning sessions, and professional development as needed
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment, promoting student confidence and engagement
