Job Description

Youll work full-time, Monday through Friday, following a school calendar, with a tentative end date in June 2026. What youll need to succeed:

  • At least 1 year of classroom experience as an ABA paraprofessional supporting K-12 students
  • Comfortable with severe intensity/autism support environments (level 3), including behaviors requiring advanced interventions
  • Must reside within a 35-minute commute to Levittown and able to reliably arrive promptly each day
  • Ability to attend a mandatory orientation week before assignment (no exceptions)
  • Willingness to meet or obtain Pennsylvanias paraprofessional credentialing requirements within 60 days if not already certified (resources and detailed instructions provided)
  • Two strong supervisor references in recent paraprofessional work
  • Car or reliable transportation for daily commute

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistent, skillful ABA and classroom support for students with significant needs
  • Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing environment, including following safety or behavioral protocols
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff as part of a dynamic educational team
  • Document interventions and progress, following school or IU guidelines
