Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Paraprofessional to support students in a school setting through both individual and small group assistance. In this role, youll help students stay engaged, build essential skills, and navigate their day successfully within a structured classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist students during lessons, activities, and transitions throughout the school day
  • Reinforce teacher instruction and provide additional support based on student needs
  • Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a consistent routine
  • Monitor student progress and report observations to the instructional team
  • Work closely with teachers and staff to ensure aligned, consistent support

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with students or in a school/support setting preferred
  • Ability to follow direction and collaborate effectively with a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to complete district and agency onboarding within one week of joining
