This opportunity, based onsite near Bear, DE, focuses on providing essential programmatic support across Kindergarten classrooms for a vibrant 60-day assignment. What Were Looking For:

• Valid Delaware Paraeducator Permit requiredpending permits must be supported by a DEEDS portal screenshot
• Experience in a paraprofessional role, ideally within early childhood or elementary settings
• Ability and willingness to pay $85 for required CBC fingerprinting and provide proof before onboarding
• Dedication to supporting diverse student needs, fostering an inclusive classroom environment
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and professionalism
• Must be able to work onsite for the duration of the assignment
• If currently RBT-certified, you will be classified and compensated as a paraprofessional for this assignment; outside supervision for certification maintenance is required if desired

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instructional and behavioral support to Kindergarten students across multiple classrooms
• Assist teachers in carrying out lesson plans, classroom activities, and interventions
• Promote positive student interactions and help maintain a safe, organized classroom environment
• Support students one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives
• Adapt quickly to changing classroom needs and contribute positively to the school community
