Job Description

Step into an engaging educational setting supporting Pre-K learners as an Ed Tech Paraprofessional for the 2026-2027 academic year. Essential Qualifications:

  • Maine Ed Tech Certification required
  • Prior experience supporting early childhood or elementary students preferred
  • Ability to calmly manage classroom dynamics and adapt to diverse learning needs
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
  • Passion for fostering growth in young learners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities for Pre-K students
  • Provide instructional, behavioral, and emotional support to children as needed
  • Help facilitate engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities
  • Support classroom organization and maintain a safe, positive learning atmosphere
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and therapists to promote inclusive education
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions as scheduled
