Sunbelt Staffing is hiring Paraprofessionals for full-time school-based positions in Apache Junction, Arizona for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Details
- Location: Apache Junction, AZ
- School Year: ASAP Start - May 21, 2027
- Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Openings: 3 Paraprofessionals
- Elementary & High School
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and student support
- Provide academic and behavioral assistance to students
- Support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other special needs
- Work with students who may require higher levels of support throughout the school day
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to promote student success
Qualifications
- Active Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required
- Must be fully qualified/certified to work as a Paraprofessional in Arizona
- Experience working with students with autism or special needs preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom support skills
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors and provide consistent support
