Sunbelt is partnering with a school district in the Ramsey, Minnesota area that is seeking a full-time Instructional Aide for the upcoming school year. In this school-based role, you will support elementary students throughout the day by helping them access classroom instruction, stay engaged in learning, and follow daily routines in both academic and behavioral settings.
Job Details:
Full time position
37.5 hours per week

Elementary school setting
On-site role
Primary Responsibilities:
Support classroom instruction and help students complete learning activities
Provide behavior support and assist with redirection when needed
Work with students in 1:1 and small group settings
Help maintain classroom structure, routines, and expectations
Assist teachers with day-to-day instructional needs
Requirements:
Minimum of 60 college credits required (official transcripts must be provided)
Experience working with children or in a school environment preferred but not required
Ability to support students with academic and behavioral needs
Dependable, patient, and team-focused
